About Chileclic

ChileClic, the guide to chilean government services, is an initiative of the Secretary of Digital Development that represents an alternative of easy access to the offer of services and information available in the public sector for people and business.

Chileclic gathers over 1.700 forms that contain orientation about benefits, programs and procedures, over 420 of them corresponding to online services.

To facilitate the access to this information, Chileclic's contents are organized in a directory mode, separated in three main areas: People, Business and Institutions, with their respective categories and subcategories. Additionally, it offers the posibility of suscribing to the website via RSS.

The develop of ChileClic's content is based on the collaboration reached with a network of 150 public and private institutions. Each one of these is responsible of the information published and the correct operation of the offered service.

In may 2009, Chileclic added a search engine to its website that allows the user to expand or focus his query to government sites, transparency subsites of ministries, municipalities and public entities or to the information published in ChileClic.

Chileclic is in a constant process of improvement. For this purpose, technical and editorial updates are made on a periodical basis.
